[quote="Ethnar":3rwvwvom]Hello there,
I'm glad you've found your way to add some fields to the Contacts record. However, I should note that you can add new fields in Administration Section (Home->Administrator->Records Sets.[/quote:3rwvwvom]
Yes the only problem there is it plonks those fields under the 'split' field this then makes for a terrible layout if as in my case you want a field for 'Town'. The way around this is to renumber the fields in phpMyAdmin as within the fields manager of Epesi you cannot move them above the 'Split' field.

Also, this way you won't be able to fields to the main section (top of the screen), but only to one of the tabs at the bottom. This has it's purpose, as the main section layout is usually customized in a way you can't add new fields (check out PhoneCalls or Tasks panels - that's what I'm talking about). As you already noticed Contacts and Companies are more friendly in this field. 😉
Please note that deleting any fields in main section is highly unrecommended as it may cripple the system.[/quote:3rwvwvom]
So far I have just switched off the ones I don't want I'm still at the "Playing with it stage" and can only dedicate an hour here or there every day or other day.
I've not had a chance to look at stuff like scheduling ect although I did try getting another user to log in but they could not see the records for some strange reason? Although I could see that they was logged in.
Once I'm happy that the Data is being displayed in the format I/We need I need to look at importing 28,000 records, lets see how it copes with that :-)
