BB code: you can use for example [contact]name[/contact] to create link to contact, or event [ticket]ticket id[/ticket] to create link to ticket - it works in shoutbox, rss feeds, crm
Upgrade instructions: Make a backup of the current installation and database first (just in case). Upload new package to the same directory and the script will automatically detect new version and perform necessary database changes.
