There are two methods of adding an employee.
Method 1:

[*:3ph242jv]login as superadmin[/*:m:3ph242jv]
[*:3ph242jv]go to Menu->Administrator[/*:m:3ph242jv]
[*:3ph242jv]Open Manage Users control panel[/*:m:3ph242jv]
[*:3ph242jv]Click on New User on the top[/*:m:3ph242jv]
[*:3ph242jv]Provide username (good convention is first letter of the first name and full last name, for example Joe Doe could be jdoe)[/*:m:3ph242jv]
[*:3ph242jv]Provide e-mail (must be valid e-mail address)[/*:m:3ph242jv]
[*:3ph242jv]In Groups assign the user to Employee group[/*:m:3ph242jv]
[*:3ph242jv]Click on Save on the top.[/*:m:3ph242jv][/list:u:3ph242jv]
Now associate this user with a contact. I assume that the contact will be one of those that belong to your company (we call it Main Company). The fastest way is to open your own contact and clone it. When you clone the contact make sure that you fill correct name (first and last) e-mail etc. and in the login dropdown select the username you created in steps above.
Method 2.

[*:3ph242jv]When cloning fill out First and Last names, e-mail etc.[/*:m:3ph242jv]
[*:3ph242jv]Make sure that you select "login" checkbox and next to it write the desired login ("jdoe" for example)[/*:m:3ph242jv]
[*:3ph242jv]Save it[/*:m:3ph242jv]
[*:3ph242jv]You will be still in the screen viewing details of the newly created Contact[/*:m:3ph242jv]
[*:3ph242jv]Click on the Login link (jdoe) - it will take you to the screen where you can edit user's priviledges. Assign him/her to Employee group.[/*:m:3ph242jv][/list:u:3ph242jv]
