Hey,
I want to remove some of the menu entires (like forums for example). Searching the control panel and administration menus, I couldn't find a way to customize these entries.
How should I go about doing that?

When you want to remove entry in menu - this means that you also want to defy access to this module... which means it's useless for you. 🙂
So simply uninstall this module. 🙂 It's Apps/Forum
