Hi,
First try to refresh common cache.
Go to epesi_installation_directory\data\cache and delete file common.php
it will be recreated automatically. If you get an error again please go to config.php located in data directory and change the line:

Hello there,

Apparently, bug is caused by typo, it should be

return ($param['permission']!=2 || $param['assigned_to']==$me['id'] || $param['created_by']==Acl::get_user());

instead of

return ($param['permission']!=2 || $param['assigned_to']==$me['id'] || $param['Created_by']==Acl::get_user());

It's all about capital letter in "Created_by". (should be lowercase)

Please check if this works for you.

I delete from database

`base_dashboard_applets` (62, 8, 'Premium_Projects_Tickets', 0, 4, 0, 7);

and now working. Install to other dir fresh version 1.0.4. Working to. But if try to update from 1.0.3 to 1.0.4 not working.

Freeconet bug. I register to this site and add account to epesi account system and try to enter to the freeconet. I got this error.

I tried to check email and 1 of email accounts just stop respond and I try to click on Dashboard but it was inactive to i restart with F5 Mozilla. Now I can't enter to any directory. Delete Mozilla cache and epesi cache. Not working. Any suggestion? Just loading...

Hi,
both errors are caused by sefe_mode turned on. Please turn it off - it's deprecated mode that disables some features. We cannot make requests to other services with time limit set to 30 seconds (this is default value), because it's usually longer to get messages from mail server or get billing data from freeconet account.

If you would like to clear incomplete mail account, go to data/Apps_MailClient dir and there are directories matching id of mail account defined by you. You can delete content of the mailbox dir or easier - go to Menu->my settings->control panel->mail account and delete your account 🙂
