Phone Calls module

Hey,

After creating a new phone call with a person I do not see the phone call information in the Phone Calls listing (main module page), it's simply not there... is this a bug?

Secondly, it seems that the Employees field is a requirement, though it is not marked as * and I don't see why should it be made a requirement.

I'd be happy to get your comments on this.

Hey,

I've set the employee and saved the phone call entry but:

1. it doesn't show up in calendar - is it not supposed to?
2. also after I want to control panel -> filters and set the filter twice to cover both option - once to "all records" and then to that employee it was assigned to - I still didn't see the entry in the listing view of Phone Calls.

I am indeed seeing the records created in the Administration -> Recordsets

Ok, odd thing but it works when I change the filter to "all records" in the top-right button shortcut for "filter records".

On a side note,
What are employees in the system? any contact which is associated with a company is an "employee" ?

Phone calls do not show in the calendar. That would be very illogical. If you did not return a phone call one day you would have to move it to another day. This is why you have a status: open, in progress, closed.

Yes - employee is a contact that is under the Main Company. Main Company is the one you create during the epesi setup. This can be changed under Admin control panel.
