Just use CRM filter - it is located in the top right corner of the screen:
When activated it allows you to select your own records, records of all users, an individual, you can also create your own "groups" - here I have a group called "Developers" which consists of 4 users.
The calendar will display all events for selected users on the same screen. However if there are more than 50 events for the same hour it will display a warning to switch to daily view.
