It would be nice if a ticket can be added without a needing a project!
Hi,
For now, only employees can add tickets. You cannot add ticket without project because it should be associated with something... you can always create ToDo if it's associated with someone.
Or you can create project named "Junk" to create junk tickets, but this would be mess.
