Yes - this is ultimately our goal. However we need to test it well before making such a change. The final version should accomplish the following:
- there will be two levels of users: Customer and Customer Manager
- a Customer can open a ticket and see his/her tickets status and history and any notes.
- a Customer Manager can do the above plus see tickets of users of his company.
As you can see this is not as simple as just changing the ACL level in the code.
