Attachments Roundcube

Hi,

Can you help me with this?

When i send a email with a attachment, the email is send away but the copy of the email wil not save in de imap sent folder.

I get this message: An error occured while saving sent message.

Email program is Roundcube.

Did you configure your Roundcube installation to work with your IMAP mail server? I just checked this issue on our installation and it works fine (see the attachment 1.2 MB):

Open Roundcube - go to Settings and check names of Special Folders:

Make sure they correspond to your mail server settings.
Also - check permissions of data directory - especially data/CRM_Roundcube/attachments need to have write access.

Thanks for you replay.

I check the permissions of the data folder, they are set on 755. i tried with 777 but works not.
the settings are correct.

in the log file, i found this:

[22-Jun-2010 11:02:36 +0200]: IMAP Error: Could not save message in Sent in /home/princeprojects.com/public_html/crm/modules/CRM/Roundcube/src/program/steps/mail/sendmail.inc on line 620 (POST /crm/modules/CRM/Roundcube/src/?_task=mail&_action=send)

it's only happens when i send a email with a attachment. without a attachment it works correct.

the bug of roundcube is described here:

I just changed $rcmail_config['create_default_folders'] to true... Release 1.1 is upcoming today, so please checkout SF later and write back if this bug fix works fine.

Hi,

i've upgraded today and It's still doesn't work.

i also found another problem. when i typ a emailadress in roundcube from a epesi contact, it don't search the name from de adressbook anymore. when i go to the adressbook, i see al the contacts but the search don't work there either.

with epesi 1.09 it worked just fine.

can you attach data/CRM_Roundcube/logs/errors file? If there are any passwords or something like that please replace it with ***....

Hi,
you have errors saving messages not only in Sent folder, but also in other folders....
Found out this:
http://trac.roundcube.net/ticket/1486712

You can try to temporary fix it with setting :



$rcmail_config['mail_header_delimiter'] = "\r\n";

in modules/CRM/Roundcube/src/config/main.inc.php and if still doesn't work try to patch Roundcube:
