I would like to be able to link tickets to contacts. I cannot see a way of doing this but with the help I have already obtained from Arek and Paul I feel I can do this via the database. I just want to check I am not missing any way of doing this that may already exist.
I seem to have done this now.
I added records to the "Structure premium_tickets_field" and "premium_tickets_callback" tables and now I can link the tickets to contacts (that means I know who to notify once I have dealt with the ticket).
