Translation in Dutch

I have made a translation in Dutch for about 90%
(except the list of countries, they are in German) this is for latest version 1.1.2

Nederlandse vertaling voor versie 1.1.2
heeft nog wat finetuning nodig. Voor 90% is gedaan.
