Error click on calendar [code]type: 2

Hello,

I'll ready install this week epesi and the instalacion was easy (v. epesi-1.1.4-rev7454) but using any user (admin or whatever) on the calendar option i got an error massage (pop up) an then i got next massage:

Is this a version you downloaded from Sourceforge or did you get it from SF SVN?

Hello,

I just double-checked and all the files in this package seem to be in order. Both Calendar and Meetings modules have correct install procedures.

To fix the issue please do the following:
- Log in as admin, go to modules setup and make sure CRM/Meeting module is installed
- open /data/cache/ folder and delete "common.php" file
- check if the file MeetingCommon_0.php exists in the folder /modules/CRM/Meeting/

If epesi still fails, I'd have to check the database and the installation to identify the problem.

Hello, thanks for the reply.

I check your point to fix this problem but i got this results:

- Log in as admin, go to modules setup and make sure CRM/Meeting module is installed (OK)
- open /data/cache/ folder and delete "common.php" file (The server dosn't let me delete, it's on a live server)
- check if the file MeetingCommon_0.php exists in the folder /modules/CRM/Meeting/ (OK the file exist)

and still got this problema 🙁.

Hello,

If the server is having problems to re-create common.php because it's constantly in use, it seems that might be the problem. To solve it, please edit /data/config.php, find line

define("CACHE_COMMON_FILES",1);

and change it to

define("CACHE_COMMON_FILES",0);

After this change, refresh epesi and it should be working properly (as you confirmed the other possible problems are covered).
