Mail applet shows 0 mails

1.Mail applet doesn't show new mail, its allways - "0"
But when i enter to the Email at the menu (roundcube), i see new mail.
Whats wrong?
As i understand it, there should be "1 new mail" so i could click on it to get to roundcube, right?

2. We are using RoundCube as our web interface by default (webmail.domain.ru) . Seems like Epesi using its own version of roundcube that comes with distrib?
2 copies of same script there is nothing wrong with that?

Hi,
yes, it should show 1,2... etc if there is unread mail. If it's not, there is a bug... Can you tell us if its always 0? What is mail account server? We tested with gmail and couple other free and commercial mail account services and it worked fine.

We provide our own plugins set with roundcube, that integrates epesi with roundcube (archive, addressbook, autologin etc). We also use our custom config file and modified template.
You shouldn't care about two copies of the same script, it's pretty small.

Past 7 hours since email received and read, there is some lag acquired.
I cant find TIME in seconds, how often it checks for new mail.

And it would be much more useful if i could click on new mail and get to RoundCube.

We are using our own email domain and service (works under postfix).
SMTP authorization is turned on.

Hi,

Mail is checked with interval of 5 minutes.
One more question - unseen messages are in INBOX or in subdirectory of INBOX?
Please replace modules/CRM/Roundcube/applet_refresh.php with attached file and test if it's ok. Old file can cause some lags, this one should be faster...

With new version there will be action on mail address click - go to roundcube. Thanks for suggestion 🙂
