Calender grid view for public, read-only events

I don't know if it's a bug or a feature, but I will ask the following:

If I am in a grid view of the calender module (e.g. week or month view), it is possible to move an public, read-only event from another user - so that the day or/and the time of this event has changed. So it's possible, that someone changes someone elses events, although he shouldn't be allowed to.

If I am in the details view for a public, read-only event it is not possible to change anything.

I would prefer, that the moving of public, read-only event would be not be possible.

It's definitely a bug, thanks for the report!

Just wanted to come back to you and say that I was able to reproduce the error and for all 3 types of events affected (phonecalls, tasks and meetings) I've applied a fix and it's already on internal svn, you can expect it working properly with the next release (which, as always, means also with update).
Drag'n'drop edit is blocked, as well as drag to trash and the action icons were removed from the action panel - all of that for read-only events that user doesn't have full access to.
