Hello,
If I send an email to a contact, from myself and archive it, it works brillianty and vice versa when I recive the reply it works brilliantly.
If I send an email from my blackberry, it sends a copy to my main email account (in the to section), so it is from my email, and sent to contact; my email. When I click archive on that email, it archives it to my contact (from me to me), but does not archive it to the clients contact?
It also does not archive to any of the cc recipients.
any ideas why?
