This is my first experience with this system and i admit that it is the best i have seen so far comparing with other open source crm (eg vtiger) or even from commercial ones. Since i am also a newbie on php, i think i have now a good motive to start learning this scripting language!!

I have 2 suggestion on the product, that according to my point of view would give epesi one level up towards perfection:
1) The sales quotes functionality is a needed feature after the opportunity. I enter the sales opportunity into the system mentioning one or more customers, but the opportunity is "presales" phase of the sale. There should be a sales quote convert option (keeping track of0 the opportunity) where the user should fill the customer, products, quantities and values. I dont care too much about invoicing because this is not a CRM operation but rather an ERP functionality. Of course, the "Won" quotes (the quote status is a basic feature) should be able to be exported from the system and imported on the ERP, but this is not so crucial since all the data exist into the mysql db and through odbc you can create an application to get them.
2) The second feature is a scheduled backup operation feature (for application and db data) into the system available only for the administrators. Since within the day you operate the system till late it is practically not possible to stop everyone and copy the data and application binaries. Therefore a scheduled backup operation within the night hours would be a great advantage. The "Restore" operation of the backed up data is also needed (a backup should be able to be restored somehow...).
Kindly give me your opinion about these features.
