Can you please tell us what OS, browser and http server you're using?
Even when accessing the epesi from mobile device I get prompted whether I want to use mobile or desktop version, the least you should get is that prompt.
It's a long shot, but try to add index.php to your epesi address and see if it works. ( http://<your epesi>/index.php )
