Working French translation in progress

Hi,
It seems that I finally succeed to achieve this :twisted: translation.
I input directly in the editor with correct encoding and it does work in my epesi. No strange char, no error messages, et. I translated about half of the file (untill line 1003) and all looks nice and ok.
Probably finish tommorow or next day.

I attach the file so that someone can check in his own occurence of epesi.
It is the "/base/fr.php file".

Hope it will be usefull for someone. :D

The base file is entirely translated and the result looks really nice. I got through almost all the CRM to correct typos, too long text, etc, an I feel it's good now and useable. The file is attached.

However, I found some texts in the crm that I was not able to find int base fr.php, thus not able to translate. You'll find screenshots here : http://www.zicrob.com/telechargements/n ... atable.zip .

anyway, I'm happy with it !

This translation looks very good. I see you also used few shorter phrases to make fit the interface, it's great.

I was looking through the screenshots you submitted - a good deal of it (if not everything) can be translated. To get those strings in the fr.php, simply put the fr.php in epesi, launch that epesi and visit this page. These strings will appear in fr.php. You can locate them quickly if you perform a search for

='';

Also - I'll move your other topic to community contributions, so people looking for translation will find the proper (this) thread.
