The default calendar in epesi should be setup to Perspective of the user (employee) only. While epesiBIM is much easier to lookup the calendar, to-do list etc. of other employees than let's say in MS Outlook/Exchange - where you need to get the permission first - it can cause severe performance problem.
If you have more than 5 events overlapping the same time the message: "There were too many events to display on the Calendar, please change CRM Filter" will be displayed - not only because of the performance issues, but also because it will be difficult to see all of them and we can assume that you can not be in 5 places at the same time anyway. Here is the screenshot:

Switching to Daily View will show all events:
Please note, that even in the daily view you can not show unlimited number of events. This is true even for working with your own perspective (filter set to show your own record only).
Imagine even the small company with 10 employees having 1 event on the same date and time... This is why we created Presets - Custom defined filters = Perspective - where you can define a group of employees/co-workers. Hopefully setting the preset will help. We don't have any other solution at this time.
