As for empty user activity report - it's really hard to tell without having a look at the installation, it's very unusual problem. I doubt it'd be related to any previous errors. Are you sure the report was working yesterday? Do you get filters and empty table displayed at all? Has anything changed in server configuration since then?
We're sorry to hear that you're encountering so many issues with your first installation, but unfortunately it's impossible to guarantee epesi working on all and every possible server configuration.

I have no problem with the problems, because I like chalennge - I learn a lot of new things.
Today morning I have all user activity report. Maybe apache reset helped.
I work in Cracow (Poland), and I`m a manager in one of Cracow companies. I have my own sales team with few people. The "user activity report" is a brilliant solutions, i see everything, each person what they do in company and this module is very important to me - but like I sad, now is everything working correctly.
I think that the base/error module should be installed automatically with "Epesi" because now in development verions many bugs may occur - or if not some like "auto bug report" sender like in Windows:)
