The Related To field is used to store link to contacts related to the discussion one will be having.
To give one example, working in hospital, one of the doctors is told to call (Employee) another doctor (Customer) asking about particular patient history (Related To).
To sum up all the fields:[list:298fiusi][*:298fiusi]Customer - the contact/company to be called[/*:m:298fiusi]
[*:298fiusi]Employees - people from the company who should make this phonecall[/*:m:298fiusi]
[*:298fiusi]Related To - people related to the topic being discussed[/*:m:298fiusi][/list:u:298fiusi]
