I was starting doing something like epesi BIM (and its really a major start point).
My idea was mostly based on something like highrise and insightly crms.
I will need to lear erverything before i can start tweak epesi, i wonder if is there a way of a more private talk, so i could exchange ideas to see what i can expect to emerge and what should i do myself.
My project was divided into two milestones. one epesi allready does the second (Multi Company) Dont!
I was thinking of in the end have a Multi-Company/Multi-User/Multi-Channel support.
as Channel i was thinking of: E-mail,Telephone and Chat (xmmp) (the underline thecnologies would be: imap,asterisk,openfire)
As concept i would like to have social support (and for this i am using status.net) and the CRM would be hooked as the extend profile plugin.
I have think of in the future add some erp/feed for e-commerce with a BI front-end... but that was/is for the future and its not full clear yet.
If possible to have such talk so i could have a shorter learning curve. (i dont think epesi has irc channel, and the forum is not that dinamic)
