I installed the Epesi CRM software and I have to say great job! I'm still getting to know all the features but im loving it! I still have a few questions though.
I added my email on the alerts settings but im not receiving any alerts by email at all.
What can it be?
And second... I installed the ticket support module, but I dont see anything. What Im I supposed to see?
Do I have to do any extra steps to complete installation?
