The mobile menu was missing the call to translate the captions in the menu, thank you for reporting this issue.
I'm attaching fixed mobile.php that will get most of the labels in mobile menu to be translated automatically. Simply unzip it and place in your EPESI main folder, overwriting the old file.
If you look into the file you may notice that the translation context is non-standard (Utils_RecordBrowser), but that way most of the translation will be already done. In the nearby future we have plans to switch to context-less transations globally.
