Does the Phone Calls widget only appear if you're a super admin? I've tried numerous combinations of permissions and user groups and it only appears for the super admin. This is the one module that our users will use most and I'm hoping that it can be used by anyone.
Phone Calls are visible to all employees. It displays pending phone calls of that employee. Did you add all users as contacts and assigned them proper access rights? (employee) See this post for explanation of setting up users: viewtopic.php?f=8&t=117&p=1644&hilit=roles#p489
Yet again, I realized it immediately after posting lol. I hadn't added contacts to my user accounts, so there was no access.
