I am reposting the following because despite a lot of viewings, I have had no response and feel I should reword what I'm looking for.
We seek a PHP programmer skilled with epesi and smarty to work on a project. Initially this project will entail creation of a single module. New modules will be built in phases to expand our requirements, leading to a permanent career opportunity for the right person.
The right person will take a leading role in our plans and build out a programming team. Compensation will be on a price/time basis for the first module but will then go on to a salaried position for the right candidate.
