The one information required for recognizing the installation of EPESI is your License Key. If you decided to wipe the installation, you can install EPESI again and by providing the same License Key your old installation was using (there's a link on first registration page to provide the key manually) you will be enabled to use the Premium modules you've bought earlier, including downloading, installation and updates.
If you wiped the database and all of its backups, it won't be easy to retrieve the License Key. However, if you have access to the any backup made after the installation was registered, the License Key will be there.
As always, please note that using the same License Key on two or more installations at the same time is breach of Terms of Service and the License Key may be terminated.
To speed things up for you I'll be sending a PM with e-mail address you can use for communication with us. One way or the other, we're sure we'll be able to help you with your License Key.
