another day, another question. Hopefully somebody will understand my problem and provide a solution.

The problem:
when i make a new contact as admin my first field is a checkbox - "make new company" and a text field where i can input the company name.
However, this completely dissapears when i login as a regular user or employee.
I think this problem will be related tot permissions but i really can't find it.
If anybody has a solution and wants to share it with me, that would be highly appreciated!
