In the demo, I just added a meeting for today 9/7/12 at 1:15PM to 15:15PM. In the "Day" and "Week" views it fits nicely within the 13:00 - 14:00 and 14:00 - 15:00 blocks.
I was under the impression in the manual that the 15 minute difference would shift the block down a little in the 13:00 to 14:00 block, but it looks like I was mistake. An employee thought that the Day and Week views should reflect these differences?

Clicking the "New Alert" button on a meeting or task brings up a narrow, hard to use, set of lists for names. It is also a very small window to add messages

The manual links to "notes" and "alerts" do not work as well as other links. Is there an older copy of the manual with complete links or other place we can learn more about Epesi? We are wondering how we should let others know that we've added them to a meeting or created a task for them. One employee would like to get an email or some kind of notification for any of these events.

In the "Month" view, a day with many events causes adjacent days double-click to create event to fail.
In the example, if you click in the bottom half of the window for any day within that week to create a new event nothing happens. It does work for the day with multiple events. If you click in the top half, it opens the window. If you click in the bottom half, nothing happens.
