issues whit new call

When I go to contacts, and make click on new call. I get this message:

SintaxError:JSON.parse: unexpected character.

Also, please provide the following information:
- OS your server is running
- php version you're using
- browser you're using to access EPESI

We do not had made any modification in the code.

Server: Ubuntu 11.10 Server
Php: 4.4.4
Browser: Firefox

You said there were no changes in the code - what about custom fields? Or perhaps some fields were disabled?
