A thing that is not very useful in Epesi :
- I receive an email : ok
- I archive it : ok
- I go to the contact record, tab "emails" several days after : ok the email is here
- i would like to reply to this email directly from the contact record : it seems to be not possible
it seems that we are forced to go in the "Epesi archive" to find the right email to reply to it, but there are more than dozens of emails in this file, from several contacts and it is not very useful to find the right email.
How is it possible (or when) to reply to an email directly from the contact record ?
