Hello,
Having the "loading" up on the screen for longer than 10 seconds usually means something went really wrong on the server side.
First of all, can you please confirm that this is a recurring error? That if you try to enter that screen again you get only "loading" again?
Next this - can you check the error log? It's possible there's actually an error triggered by the code and that error would be the key to resolving this problem.
I tested the Record Browser screen on couple of our installations and I could not reproduce the problem.
