I was able to view the full error report you posted and I can see what's the problem now.
The following query should resolve the issue:
UPDATE company_field SET param="company::Company Name;CRM_Contacts_ParentCompanyCommon::parent_company_crits" WHERE field="Parent Company"
There is a problem where editing certain fields in RecordBrowser may cause the param field to be reset. We'll be sure to fix that issue in the upcoming release.
