Class 'ZipArchive' not found

Iam getting fatel error while installing in inhouse.alchemywin.com .

Fatal error: Class 'ZipArchive' not found in C:\vhosts\alchemywin.com\httpdocs\inhouse\include\backups.php on line 184

Could you please help us to fix this bug.
