Admin accounts cannot add/edit/modify contacts

Hi everyone.

I came up with a odd bug.

when I setup a new user, with Admin permissions, Employee and Manager. when he tries to add contacts, 2 things happen. 1. could not find any companies, 2. when click add the screen refreshes and still stuck in the contact edit screen (not asking anything that are required and everything is filled out.)
also when he edits a exsisting contact, the same thing happens.

now I added another user same permissions. Same thing.
when I change permissions to no admin, he can now change / modify Contact.

have anyone seen this before? is there anything I can do to fix it?

What version are you running? There was a problem in ver. 1.4.1
