Every recordset in EPESI can have unlimited number of notes and attachments of any kind per record.
To create a note just switch to Notes tab and create a note. It can be just a note without any attachments or a note with attachments. In new version of EPESI we added multiple file attachments per note.

Note, that attachments of .PNG . JPG .GIF are displayed inline. Other type of attachments will need to be open using third party program. Via integration with Google Docs you can open files like .PDF for online viewing in a new window. You can open a word file for editing. System suports also notes and files revision history as well as full audit of access.
Utils/FileAttachment is the utility and standard part of EPESI. It has advanced permission system, sticky notes, HTML formatting, Editing when possible online. Recently added multiple file upload is ajax driven and allows selection of several files to be selected at once for uploading. This useful feature is handy when uploading a series of photos for example.
