Hi,
County module adds three fields: "County" in Companies, "County" and "Home County" in Contacts.
It's one more administrative subdivision. Currently it's only defined if you choose country = United States of America and state = Philadelphia, but you can add your own in Menu/Administrator/Common Data -> choose country, state, then you should see empty list and click "Add new array" in ActionBar.
