Another version related issue. Today I've found this bug, which means that EPESI store will always show "Download" action, even if you've downloaded module already. To fix this on 1.4.2 rev 10136, replace EpesiStoreCommon_0.php with fixed file from attachment (full path included). For earlier versions of EPESI, please edit your EpesiStoreCommon_0.php and replace crc_file_matches method with this from attachment.
As far I know only PHP 5.2.6 is buggy.
You don't have to do anything if your server is running other version of PHP.
