Hi everyone. My name is Rob - just got my package installed, and I am delighted to have found this software - I have needed something like this for some time.
What I want to do is pretty basic I think - I doubt it requires any coding, I just need advice on how to best set it up - what modules or configuration I will need. I am really active on one of the social networks - Google+ - about 40,000 followers, but they make it impossible to get to your data. I want to start using my time there more effectively, and to deepen some of the relationships. I think the best way for me to do that is to start planning "next communication type". In other words, once I have interacted with someone publicly, or decide I should contact them, the first thing I would probably do would be to write them a "private post" - after that, an email, then an instant message, or phone call, depending, and after that a "hangout" (Google's term for a videoconference). I have only played with the system briefly, but it seems mostly set up for the "email" and "phone call" scheduling.
Does anyone have any advice on how to best set this up for several different "modes" of planned communication? Any thoughts or advice would be appreciated.
