Im looking through my record browser and several of my contacts are being duplicated for some reason. I have also seen messages that read "XX contacts were created because they werent assigned..... something" it goes away
in creating users I have done the following
• Created the main company (of course)
• installed account manager module
• Created a user called "Sales Rep"
• added the permissions to view/edit/add contacts/companies
• Then created new employees by clicking Record Browser, Change to Contacts, Add new, Assigned to main company. Then clicked "login panel" and "Create New User"... and assigned them "employee", & "Sales Rep"
• then created a company for each sales rep named "Sales rep's name selling machine"
• made the sales rep the account manager for that company
Now when I look in the record browser and click contacts... I see several records for some of the employees...
any thoughts?
