Unfortunately at this moment we have only static list. I am aware that there is a need for dynamic lists. This feature will be available some time in the future.
For now an automatic subscription works this way - it is fully automated and dynamic. You can publish a list of public newsletters and users can subscribe and unsubscribe from the list giving only e-mail address.
