Meeting date shifts 2 days +-

Hi,
We have a problem with shifting dates in the Meetings.
Step to reproduce: insert a new meeting for eg 14/6/2013 and save.
In the meeting summary view it comes up on 13th June, but if you edit the meeting it will show 15th June!!
I've seen a Calendar bug on the forum, tried to download it, but didn't help.
Our installation has no modification and it is available on the cloud, so I can send you login name and pass to have a look.

could you please also tell us which version you have installed?
If it's latest 1.5.2 then it would be great if you could provide us some account to access your EPESI installation.

just had a look at php error log, plenty of lines like this:

Thanks for access. It's very strange issue, but it looks similar to that one already described on the forum - it's related to the timezone.
I've created some event at 14th and in meetings list it appears as 13th, If I open this meeting from meetings list, then it show's as 15th. But if I open this meeting from Calendar view, then it shows proper day - 14th. Edit always gives me the right date 14th.

I'll try to solve this now.

I didn't noticed issue with month/year view as described in that thread on your installation, so I assumed that you probably installed that fix. I don't know your server timezone but it's possible that you won't encounter this issue on your current server. Issue described in this thread is similiar to that other but it's not related, so you don't have to apply previous patch.

I'm waiting to release 1.5.3 version, but I can't do that right now, because one of our team members has to finish something.
I'll upload the patch with instructions here.

Patching instructions
You have to extract this zip archive in main EPESI dir, then you have to run patches using /admin tools.

[attachment=3:17v9z05o]meetings_fix.zip[/attachment:17v9z05o]

Extracting fix will create one dir with two files and overwrite MeetingsCommon and MeetingsInstall files.
Use FTP or shell or whatever tool you have to place these files in the epesi/modules/CRM/Meeting directory.

Run patches:
Log as superadmin to EPESI.
Go to the http[s]://<your epesi address>/admin, or from Admin Control Panel (Menu->Administrator) access Admin Tools:

You should see two patches not installed at the end of the list.

Run "Next" and check that patches have been run successfully.
Done.

Thanks for the quick patch. People started testing it and the meetings seems to be fine now.
