adding the same function as in task where an email can be pasted into the email 'Add-ons", this would assist in many ways, a real work-flow

Opportunity WON - (create a task to create invoice)
Invoice (add invoice to notes in task, then close the task and then create a new "task" for whatever the next step is to get the project going)
(tasks will then control the project - emails can be pasted here)
(phone calls will track communications - emails can be pasted here)
then to manage the "after project" use "project tickets", however, emails CANNOT be pasted here
