Google is reading my emails sent as Romanian, how may i change this back to English

Hi, Thanks, i have also put a ticket into my hosting provider to see if somehow they have accidentally set the server to Romanian? Nicholas.
UPDATE:
this is definitely a EPESI issue, not a round cube and not a server issue and not a google issue.
-i have switched servers - no change -i have sent test messages from round cube outside of EPESI and google DOES not read them as romanian
ok here is the answer: - do not use the signature within the round cube, let epesi fill out the signature and google receives them properly, without 2 signatures and not as romanian
