Hi,
Your suggestion threw me off so much i went out looking for a new CRM...Dolibarr, X2CRM, however none of these offer seemless integration with email like EPSI does.
I am a virtual company, all of my clients, contractors and vendors are connected with me only by email or telephone, so i need this integration that EPSI offers.
In a perfect world i would like:
-my contractors to login to EPESI (through a notification) and see their projects, tasks and tickets, where they could upload files and make notes, this way i could then reduce emails.
-my clients to login to EPESI (through a notification) and see the images of the projects, make their comments, this way i could reduce emails
-my clients to login (through a notification) and see and pay their outstanding invoices (i know that this module is not available)
For my single person virtual business the challenges are:
-single point of entry (one method to retreiving information, ie: EPESI) (tracking managing emails, telephone calls, appointments to drive sales forward and receivables up)
-Opportunities Management, Task Management (by client/project/ticket), Document Management (by client/project/ticket), Note Management (by client/project/ticket), Invoice Management (receivables are everything to a small business)
My issues at hand:
-EPESI manages emails very efficiently (sometime it is a bit slow, but i think that is my server)
-EPESI manages Tasks very well with EPESI, alerts work very well
-EPESI manages Tickets OK, but because of no alert system sometimes i forget to look at them to prioritize them
-EPESI manages Telephone calls and Meetings very well, alerts work very well
-EPESI manages Notes very well, and the ability within notes to have links and documents it very efficent to use
-EPESI manages opportunities very well, alerts work very well
-because Quotes is a missing EPESI module this requires managing two simultaneous systems of client lists and and reminders
-because Invoices is a missing EPESI module this requires managing two simultaneous systems of client lists and and reminders
Thanks for listening!
