Greetings,
When I click on calendar and want to add a activity I can only see afternoon hours?

I wish, no I really need to have more showing than 12 pm through 5 pm each day. How do I get the rest of the day to show? I need to use times before 12 noon and after 5 pm!

Hi,

The calendar preferences are set per user. Go to Menu->My Settings->Control Panel
Open Calendar and set your preferences there:
