We have a specific requirement for EPESI to manage a trial of a product we wish to send to our customers.
We currently have the EPESI Core, CRM, E-Mail Campaign Manager, List Manager and Projects and Tickets Modules running on an in-house SQL Server.
We wish to achieve;
1 - Make an offer to our Customers a product (physical product to ship) for a trial of up to 30 days via Email.
2 - We wish to track this trial during the 30 days, so we can make contact say @ 15 days and remind them to ship back in 25 days.
3 - We wish to track our products in and out of inventory, making sure we receive items back in. (Stock Control).
4 - We wish to run future campaigns against customers who have taken part of the trial program in the future.
Therefore I wonder what other modules we may need to purchase/install and if you see this as achievable within EPESI.
