Incorrect clock

I am not sure whether this is a bug but I see my clock is one hour behind the normal time.

Is there a way to check the time zone at EPESI?

I have set up the time zone correctly in the server.

Go to Menu -> My Settings -> Control Panel
and check your Regional Settings: Timezone

After weekend all events in calendar have been moved one hour ahead! Is anyone know why and how to fix that?

First - check the time zone setup in your MySQL. Then check your user preferences in EPESI: Menu->My Settings->Control Panel->Regional Settings.
All dates/time in EPESI will be calculated using the time difference between the server and the user settings.

Also - what time zone are you in and the country? Maybe it has to do with the DST?

Only Iran would have the DST changed on September 22nd. Make sure than that the server's time is set correctly - meaning adjusted for DST change.

I am in Helsinki and use Helsinki time zone. Didn't find any reason for that problem, going fix time manually now.

Also I found that mobile interface use wrong time, when I try to setup appointment it opens new record with time 3 hours behind. Who knows where is time comes in mobile interface?

And all this happened without any EPESI modification? Any server upgrades like Apache, PHP modules?

No any modifications. Most strange is time shift in mobile client, it's not crucial, but quite annoying for users.

Just tested again mobile, made appointment at 18-00, and it appears in system as 21-00.
Mobile interface see time shifted by 3 hours.

This is strange behavior. You can perform 2 tests to find where the problem is coming from.

First, test the mobile interface from your desktop. To do this, enter www.your_url.com/epesi/mobile.php This will give you the mobile interface on your desktop. Log in and test it and see if the times are correct. Then on your mobile phone, select the desktop interface. Again log in and test to see if the times are correct. My guess is the time will be the same on your phone weather you use the mobile interface or the desktop interface.

I just tested adding an event with my mobile phone, the time was OK. It sounds to me like you have a problem with time settings on your server.

Hi,

You're right. There was an error with time fields on mobile view. Time wasn't adjusted to the local timezone. I've fixed this right now and this will be in the upcoming release. We're planning to release a new version in the upcoming week or earlier.

Meetings should be working, but as I can see the timestamp field types may behave as previous...

I did few extra tests, played with server time.
When I change time on server and default php time (I did it separately), time for meetings assigned via web remains the same, for meetings assigned via mobile interface time jumps and as far I found it jumps from php time. Hope that can help.

Alerts also lives in own timezione and notification goes in wrong time, notification message shows wrong time!

Guys please help, it cause problems for users!
