Groups?

I want to use this program if it fits for a company that needs a CRM.

The company has several divisions, Yacht and Real Estate.

Is it possible to create different form fields dependent on the Division (maybe Group?)

For example, all agents in Yachts would have a field of "Yacht Length" while;
all agents in Real Estate would have a field of "Number of Bedrooms".

Hi,

you didn't tell where this fields should be. Did you mean that a contact should have some more fields?

I think that in your situation it would be better to create some small modules with a custom data. Then show this fields as a addon (tab under main record). In such situation you can show or not this tab, when contact belongs to specific company, has some special values set or anything that can be achieved in PHP.
